Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Heriot-Watt University and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University. Her undergraduate thesis examined the relationships between future thinking, depression, suicidality, and autistic traits. She has held senior support and coordination roles in health and social care working with neurodivergent adults. Her PhD research explores how autistic adults with co-occurring ADHD (AuDHD) define and experience well-being.
